Study Field Student Associations


Study field student associations operate as independent trustees of the students in specific study fields. They upkeep the student culture and organise services for their members.

Whereas JAMKO represents all of the students of JAMK University of Applied Sciences, the study field student associations represent specific study fields within the school. They organise feedback days together with the units and teams. They also conduct surveys, pass on the feedback and comment on issues. They also function as a link between students in the field and JAMKO by giving feedback on issues relating to their students. They also take part in JAMKOs trusteeship work.

They regularly meet UAS staff members about student issues, especially relation to educational and social policy.
