Student services secretaries advice and support you in many of your study related issues, such as enrollments, study entitlement and student financial aid.

Student services

You can contact them on any issues related to your studies:

– if you need a certificate of registration
– if you face problems signing up for courses or resit exams: resit exam dates
– if you have forgotten your online password
– if you want to apply for the Diploma
– forms (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) for e.g. recognition of prior learning

Admission Services of JAMK

If you have questions about admissions and transfer issues, please contact to the admissions office.

International student services

International Services serves students, staff and partners in cooperation concerning international affairs. Responsibilities e.g. Definitions of grant policies and administration of grants, centralized administration of mobility applications, internal electronic application system, International orientation, coordination of the Erasmus mobility programme.
