readingInterview a person who lived during the 1930s or 1940s (your grandparents, parents, aunties, uncles etc).

In your interview try to distinguish: what was the person’s educational history? What school meant for the interviewee? How were education and job linked together? Were hopes linked to education harboured if so, what were they? What forms of education were available at that time?

Complete a short summary (max 1 page) of the interview and consider the difference of education on those days to the current system. As usual, the report needs to be returned to Optima.
